Uniforms

ALL PLAYERS will need 1)stick, 2)sneakers or turf shoes (no cleats, please), 3)shin guards (wrap around), 4)mouth guard and 5)water bottle.

CUBS are not required to have a uniform.  We do ask that you have two pair of socks, one white and one royal.  You can find them at many online vendors or at a local sporting goods store.

U10 players are not required to have a uniform.  They will need to purchase a practice pinnie/tank to wear during games and practices (see "Pinnies" below).  We do ask that you have two pair of socks, one white and one royal.

FALL TEAMS AND U12/U14/U16/U19 TEAMS are required to purchase BOTH a pinnie/tank for practices and a uniform for games.  (Please see ordering guidelines below.)  In addition, player's will need to purchase spandex shorts to wear underneath their kilt.

GOALIES require special equipment. Please email our volunteer Uniform Coordinator (panthersuniforms@gmail.com) to order goalie jerseys. The uniform coordinator places these orders directly with the supplier.

ORDERING GUIDELINES

UNIFORMS include a black and a white jersey and a black kilt. Jerseys are personalized with the player’s last name and an assigned number (to ensure no duplication).  If you are new to Panthers, a number must be assigned by Betsy Ellis prior to ordering (see "Numbers" below).  Orders should be placed directly with our uniform vendor, Signature Locker, at Richmond Panthers United Field Hockey Club – Signature Locker.  Turnaround time is 30 days from the time the order is placed.  Sizes and numbers cannot be changed once an order has been submitted, so please review carefully!!!  Our current uniform is more of an athletic cut, so please use the sizing charts provided on the site to determine the most comfortable fit.  It is always better to size up rather than have it to small.

PINNIES

For players who are required to have a practice pinnie, these can be purchased through our vendor, Signature Locker, at Richmond Panthers United Field Hockey Club – Signature Locker.  Please do not wear school or tournament pinnies.  For customization, please see "Numbers" below.

NUMBERS must be assigned prior to placing a NEW order for customized pinnies and uniforms.  Requests should be sent to Betsy Ellis (panthersfieldhockey@gmail.com). This is to ensure that we have no duplicates in the same or adjacent age groups. Specific number requests cannot be guaranteed.  Your assigned number is yours as long as you are an active player. If you do not play for two consecutive years we reserve the right to reassign your number if needed.
